Nestled into a secluded spot called Happy Camp Road, this beautiful custom home sleeps 12, with four bedrooms and three baths.   The home’s 4 bedrooms are located on the lower level and include a master with king bed, 2 queen rooms, and a bunk room.

The upper floor Great Room has a gourmet kitchen, living and dining areas, beautiful stone fireplace, large flat screen television, surround sound system, and an office with wireless internet – all oriented to enjoy the view to the West through floor to ceiling windows.  Open the large 8’ wide opening deck doors to bring the outside in on a nice day – and there are many of them.

The upper level also has a bonus media room, providing a second living space at the back of the house with a flat screen television, foosball, games, movies, and a second access to the back deck.  The large private back deck has a gas BBQ, dining table and chairs, 6 person hot tub, surround sound speakers, and lush green hillside view.

The second deck spans the entire front of the house and is lined with Adirondack chairs, from which you can enjoy Netarts Bay to the left and the Pacific Ocean in front and to the right.   Watch crabbing boats, fishermen, sea lions, pelicans, and miles of ocean without even leaving the house.

Netarts Bay is a child-friendly beach with gentle surf and is perfect for weddings, family reunions and gatherings.  Happy Camp is a dead end street, making it ideal for kids to ride their bikes to the small playground at the end of the road.

Walk to Oceanside to the North, or boat docks, shops and restaurants to the South.   You can rent a boat or crab and fish right off the beach.  Surf in nearby Oceanside, fly a kite, treasure hunt, or enjoy a frosty beverage while listening to live music at The Schooner.
